Your Role on the Team

Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist I provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. The essential functions listed below are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties that may be assigned to this position, nor does it restrict the duties which may be assigned to this position if such duties reasonably relate to the position.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required Qualifications:

Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Physical Therapy

If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement

Current BLS certification

Ability to travel to clinics, and other campus offices as determined by patient and scheduling needs.
